Monolaurin is a dietary supplement from Alpha Plus that contains the medium-chain fatty acid lauric acid (dodecanoic acid), which naturally occurs in coconut oil.
Lauric acid is considered by many people to be responsible for the healthy properties of coconut oil. Monolaurin and glycerol monolaurate are different names for the monoglyceride ester of lauric acid that occurs naturally in coconut oil and breast milk.
Adult dosage: 2 capsules 1 (up to max 3) times daily.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
Content per daily dose of two capsules: 1200 mg monolaurin.
Ingredients: Glycerol monolaurate (extracted from coconut oil), rice flour, capsule (vegetable cellulose).
