Product information

Alpha Plus Organic Psyllium Seed Husks contain approximately 80% natural fibers and are an easy way to increase fiber intake. When mixed with water, they form a gel that supports gut and intestinal function. Can be sprinkled on porridge or yogurt, or mixed in liquid and consumed. Drink plenty of water as the seed husks expand up to 50 times in the intestine.

Dosage: Mix 2 tablespoons of psyllium seed husks with 300 ml of any liquid and drink 10-30 minutes before meals three times daily.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
