Alpha Plus Selenium 200µg, 90 capsules

Alpha Plus Selen 200 µg is a dietary supplement with 200 µg L-selenomethionine per capsule. Selenium contributes to protecting cells against oxidative stress and to the normal function of the immune system and the thyroid gland. It also contributes to maintaining normal hair and nails.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
