Completely stainless steel

Angel has a unique design made entirely of stainless steel, consisting of a motor unit with two gears that rotate with a pressure between the gears equivalent to three horsepower at 82 revolutions per minute. A speed that results in less oxidation and better preservation of all enzymes and nutrients in the juice.

Masticating with twin-gear gears

The juicing method is masticating with twin gears that cold-press the juice. Angel Juicers were the very first to use the advanced dual-gear technology with two gears. These engage with each other and work in two steps. In the first step, the raw materials are coarsely ground, and in the second step, the machine literally "chews" through fruit, herbs, and vegetables. Angel calls the technology "Shattering Helical Gear," and the result is the best utilization of the raw materials.

Which one should you choose?

We offer Angel Juicer in two models: Angel Juicer 7500 and 8500 S. Angel Juicer 7500 and Angel Juicer 8500 S are identical except for the material of the gears, pressing chamber, and the cover that protects the gears. These are the components that come into contact with the raw materials and the juice.

In the 7500 model, these parts are made of stainless steel SUS 304 (commonly known by the old designation 18/8, 18% chromium and 8% nickel. This is the steel standard in all our sinks). In the 8500 S model, the parts are made of stainless steel SUS 316, which is more resistant to corrosion. Both are, however, very durable.

According to the company Angel, they sell the most of the 7500 model. It is also our assessment that the steel quality SUS 304 is sufficient for home use, and therefore we recommend the 7500 model.
