Better You Organic Argan Oil, 100 ml

Argan oil is harvested from trees growing wild high up in Morocco's Atlas Mountain region.

Argan oil is a light oil that easily penetrates the skin. The oil has a mild and nutty aroma and is rich in antioxidants and nutrients that have a protective effect on the skin. Argan oil naturally contains essential fatty acids and vitamin E, which protects our cells from oxidative stress and can also be taken internally.

Internal dosage for adults:

For internal use, ½-1 teaspoon (2.5-5 ml) daily is recommended. Either directly in the mouth or with food.

External use:

Add a few drops to your skincare routine, use as a facial oil or body oil. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and oily skin.

The oil increases circulation and stimulates cell activity while protecting against aging.

Hair oil: Argan oil is primarily known for its fantastic properties for hair. Argan oil is also useful for beard care and gives hair, skin, and beard a softer texture with more shine.
