Better You Organic Essential Oil Geranium

Geranium oil has a fine, sweet fragrance with notes of rose and lemon. Produced through the distillation of flowers. It is often called the "women's oil" as geranium belongs to the pelargonium plant family and is primarily used by women due to its scent. It grows mainly in the regions around the eastern Mediterranean but can also be found in the wild in Sweden and other parts of the world.

Usage:

Geranium reminds of a blooming summer meadow and its scent inspires hope, joy, and calm. It is a middle note that blends well with citrus scents, lavender, patchouli, sandalwood, basil, and vanilla.

• Geranium oil is suitable for most skin types as it regulates both dry and oily skin. It works as a balancing agent and can therefore be used for most skin conditions. Great for hormonal balance and oily skin. Commonly used in anti-aging products.
• For skincare, it should always be diluted with a carrier oil before use. Maximum 2% concentration.
• Also works excellently as room fragrance in an aroma lamp.

Safety with Essential Oils:

• Essential oils almost always require dilution before use on skin, textiles, and other materials - a few drops go a long way.

• Store the oil in a dark, cool, and airtight place to minimize oxidation.
