Better You Vitamin B3, 100 capsules

Better You's Vitamin B3 contains the form niacinamide/nicotinamide. Niacinamide does not cause the flushing that nicotinic acid can cause. In addition to niacinamide, avocado extract has been added. Avocado naturally contains niacin, B vitamins, and minerals that work synergistically with vitamin B3.

• Niacin contributes to maintaining normal skin and normal mucous membranes.

• Niacin contributes to normal energy metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule daily with a meal. If you want to avoid the vegetable capsule, the contents can be emptied directly into water or any liquid of choice.
