Description

What is it:

A 100% pure, organic and cold-pressed castor oil. It is a thick, rich oil. It is absorbed very poorly by the skin and is therefore well suited for massage oils and cleansing products. The oil is absolutely fantastic as a facial cleansing oil; feel free to mix the castor oil with another oil, as it is very rich and sticky. It is also highly cleansing and may be drying if used alone. Very popular as a hair treatment to stimulate hair growth. Contains natural omega 6, 9 and vitamin E.

What it does:

Moisture-retaining and gives the skin a rich surface that protects against wind and weather. Has a soothing effect and is perfect for dry areas of skin such as elbows, knees and heels, as well as eczema, psoriasis, varicose veins, sore baby bottoms and slow-healing wounds. An excellent facial cleansing oil that dissolves and draws dirt out of the pores (note: feel free to mix with another oil, as it is very rich). It also removes makeup in an instant! 

Suitable for: Dry and cracked skin, eczema, psoriasis, slow-healing wounds, dirty facial skin and pigmented skin. Worn hair and hair that grows slowly.

How to use:

Facial cleansing: Massage castor oil and a little water into the face. Rinse with warm water and a terry cloth or cleansing pads.

For best results, as it is very rich:

• Mix with another oil or oils, e.g. almond oil, rapeseed oil, olive oil, sesame oil or apricot kernel oil.
• Massage your oil blend into the face with a little water. Rinse with water and a terry cloth or cleansing pads.

Hair: Massage the castor oil into the scalp. Pull and massage it out, or comb the oil from the scalp through the rest of the hair.

Leave it to work for 30 minutes. Massage shampoo into the hair before wetting the hair and scalp with water. Then wet with water and shampoo a second time if needed. All the oil should be washed out. Repeat this procedure 3 times/week.

Eyelashes: Gently dab the castor oil along the lash line, e.g. with a cotton swab. Avoid getting the oil in your eyes. The oil does not sting, but may cause temporary blurred vision if it gets in your eyes. It does not need to be rinsed out. Repeat this procedure 3 times/week.
