Slip your hand inside and pour/spray the product onto the glove or directly onto the skin.

• Massage the product into the body using circular motions. Start at the ankles and massage upwards.
• For tanning water, use the light (gold-colored) side, and for creams, use the dark side.
• Rinse and clean the glove after use and let it dry.
• For best results, exfoliate the skin first with Tan Remover Glove and Pink Himalayan Salt Scrub 24 - 48 hours before applying a self-tanning product.
• Wash by hand with mild soap and preferably a little baking soda (antibacterial).
