Grounding rod for grounding sheets - Earthingpeople
Out of stock
By walking barefoot outdoors on grass, soil, sand, stone, or in natural water as often as possible, we ground ourselves. The best grounding comes from swimming in the sea or lakes and streams, but the ground in all its forms provides access to the earth’s unlimited resources of negatively charged free electrons and energy.
Direct contact with the earth
Earthing, grounding, or “jordning” in Swedish means having direct skin contact with the earth. When walking barefoot or swimming in the sea or lakes is impractical, there is an effective “substitute,” such as grounding sheets for the bed.
The grounding rod is pushed into the ground
Push the grounding rod into the ground approximately 30 cm from the foundation of the house, where the soil is moist. If the ground is frozen, remove the plastic sleeve from the metal rod and drive the rod into the ground with a hammer. Do not strike the plastic sleeve, as it will break.
The wire is routed through a window or door
Route the wire through a window or door to the place where you want to connect your grounding product. The wire will not break when you close the window; it consists of a plastic-coated steel cable.
