Helhetshälsa C-vitamin is of the ascorbic acid type and contains no additives.
Vitamin C has many functions in the body. Here are just three of them:
- Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
- Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin C contributes to maintaining the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C (which is 75 mg).
Dosage for adults: 1 capsule 1-2 times per day.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
