Citicoline Cognizin® contains citicoline, also known as CDP-choline, and is a dietary supplement for brain and memory support.

The product also contains zinc, pantothenic acid, and vitamin C. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance, and zinc contributes to normal cognitive function (e.g., memory and concentration). Citicoline is a special form of the essential nutrient choline that is easily converted into acetylcholine and phosphatidylcholine, which are important substances in the brain.

Adult dosage: 1-2 capsules daily with meals. If needed, the capsule can be pulled apart and the contents mixed with food or drink. Note: Not suitable for children, pregnant or nursing women.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
