MSM is an abbreviation for methylsulfonylmethane, an organic sulfur compound that naturally occurs in the body, for example in connective tissue, joints, hair, skin, and nails.
Helhetshälsa uses OptiMSM®, which is distilled and of high quality. It is easily soluble in liquids.
Dosage for adults: 700 mg (1 pinch) up to 4 g (1 teaspoon) per day.
Mix in water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Start with the lowest dose and increase gradually. Otherwise, the stomach may become a bit unsettled. Reduce the dose if discomfort occurs.
The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
