Sunflower lecithin, 250 g

Helhetshälsa's lecithin powder is extracted from GMO-free sunflowers and contains natural lecithin with high content of choline and phosphorus. Lecithin is found in all body cells, especially in the brain, nervous system, and bile.

Lecithin contributes to the production of good cholesterol (HDL) and helps transport and break down fat, which can reduce the risk of fat accumulation in vessels and liver. In the brain, lecithin is important for nerve function, partly by supporting the production of myelin that protects nerve fibers and improves signal transmission. Lecithin may also have a positive effect on short-term memory.

Adult dosage: The product comes in powder form that is easy to mix. One portion: 10-20 grams, mix in any food or drink. 10 grams is about one tablespoon.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
