About the product

Cold-pressed flaxseed oil is a natural source of omega-3 and the most concentrated source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) found in nature. ALA can be converted in the body into the important fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The flaxseed oil in the capsules is produced from Swedish, KRAV-certified flaxseeds that are pressed in Sweden at temperatures below 37 degrees, in a completely oxygen-free and dark environment to preserve quality. The remaining residue is utilized and used as organic animal feed.

Adult dosage: 3 capsules 1–3 times per day.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
