Cold-pressed flaxseed oil is a natural source of omega-3 and the richest natural source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). ALA is an essential omega-3 fatty acid that the body can partially convert into the long-chain omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

Swedish, KRAV-certified flaxseeds

Holistic flaxseed oil is produced from Swedish, KRAV-certified flaxseeds that are pressed in Sweden at temperatures below 37 degrees, in a completely oxygen-free and dark environment to preserve quality. The remaining byproduct is collected and used as organic animal feed. 

Flaxseed oil (cold-pressed), capsule shell (modified starch, glycerol, carrageenan (Chondrus crispus)), vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol).
