Iron bisglycinate and iron gluconate

Holistic iron contains two types of iron; iron bisglycinate and iron gluconate, which are gentle on the stomach, as well as vitamin C, which increases the absorption of iron in the body. 

Iron (iron bisglycinate, iron gluconate), vitamin C (acerola extract (Malpighia glabra)), capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), filler (rice flour), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide). The capsule is vegetable-based and the raw material is made from cellulose from trees.
