Description

Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin that helps maintain normal bone structure and normal blood clotting. Vitamin K2 naturally occurs in small amounts in foods such as meat, eggs, and dairy products, but is also found in certain fermented products.

Menaquinone-7

In this supplement, vitamin K2 is used in the form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7), a naturally occurring form of vitamin K with good bioavailability.

Vitamin K2 and vitamin D complement each other

Vitamin K2 and vitamin D are often mentioned together because they both play important roles in the body's normal handling of calcium and in supporting bone health.

Ingredients

Filling agent (microcrystalline cellulose), vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), capsule shell (pullulan fermented from corn). Vitamin K2 is in the form of menaquinone-7, which is a natural form of vitamin K.

Dosage

1-2 capsules per day. Since the vitamin is fat-soluble, it is best absorbed together with fat in the diet.

This is a dietary supplement. The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.

Note: Vitamin K helps blood clotting, which means that people taking blood thinners should not take K2 vitamin.
