Bone health is influenced by many factors throughout life, where diet, physical activity, stress management, and lifestyle play a major role.
Strong bones
To support strong bones, it is important to get enough nutrients and eat a varied diet. A diet rich in natural, plant-based ingredients provides important vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that support the body's normal functions.
Important vitamins for bone health
K2+D3 contains vitamins K2 and D3 dissolved in olive oil and MCT oil for optimal absorption. These fat-soluble vitamins work together in the body and play an important role in bone health and calcium metabolism.
Benefits of vitamin K
- Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting.
- Vitamin K helps maintain normal bone structure.
Benefits of vitamin D
- Contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
- Helps maintain normal bone structure.
- Helps maintain normal muscle function.
- Helps maintain normal teeth.
- Contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus.

Filler (olive oil), capsule shell (hypromellose), vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7 in olive oil), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from sheep’s wool in MCT from coconut oil).
The vitamin D is extracted from fat from sheep’s wool. Vitamin K2 is in the form of MK-7 (MenaQ7) and is the natural form of vitamin K derived from Natto, a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans.
1 capsule per day or as recommended, preferably with a meal. Intake of vitamin D may increase the need for extra magnesium.
This is a dietary supplement. The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
Note: A person using warfarin who starts taking vitamin K2 may find that they need the same, an increased, or decreased weekly dose of warfarin to maintain the ideal "thinning level" of the blood. This means that anyone using warfarin should consult their doctor and ensure adequate regular monitoring of warfarin effects when starting vitamin K2.
