Holistic L-lysine, 90 capsules

Lysine is an essential amino acid, which means that the body cannot produce it on its own, and therefore we need to ensure we get it through our diet. It is one of the 20 most common amino acids that build proteins in the body. L-lysine is traditionally used for skin health and for its antiviral effect.

This L-lysine product contains 500 mg of taurine in free form, which means it is not bound to other amino acids or part of a protein.

Nutritional content per 1 capsule / per 3 capsules:
L-lysine 500 mg / 1500 mg

Dosage: 1 capsule 1-3 times daily between meals. Not recommended for pregnant and nursing women.
