Holistic - NAD+, 30 capsules

Holistic NAD+ contains nicotinamide riboside (NR), which is an advanced form of vitamin B3 that the body converts to NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide). NAD+ is a coenzyme naturally found in all cells and is crucial for several important processes, such as energy production, cell repair, and oxidative reactions.

NAD+ plays a central role in mitochondrial function, the body's energy powerhouses, and is important for repairing and protecting cells. NAD+ levels naturally decrease with age. Unlike high doses of nicotinic acid, which can cause an uncomfortable flush (redness of the skin), Holistic NAD+ is gentle and free from flush effects.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule per day. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, a daily dose of no more than 230 mg is recommended.
