Holistic Potassium

Potassium is a dietary supplement containing organic mineral compounds. Potassium can be found in fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, dairy products, meat, and fish.

Potassium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, normal muscle function, and helps maintain normal blood pressure.

Adult dosage: 2-4 capsules daily or as recommended.

Contraindications: If you are taking blood pressure medication or have impaired kidney function, consult your physician before starting potassium supplementation.
