Active B-complex is a liquid dietary supplement with a formula containing the entire B-vitamin spectrum for optimal absorption. It contains vitamin B2 in the form of riboflavin-5-phosphate, vitamin B6 as P-5-P, folic acid as methylfolate, and B12 as methylcobalamin. The active forms do not need to be converted in the body and are therefore more easily absorbed.
