MaryRuth’s Organic D3 + K2 Spray is a convenient spray-form dietary supplement for the whole family from 4 years of age. The product contains vegan-friendly vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 in the MK-7 form.

Why vitamin D?

Vitamin D is unique because we can obtain it both through our diet and produce it in the skin when exposed to sunlight. During the winter months, the sun’s rays in Sweden are not strong enough for the skin to produce vitamin D, making a supplement worth considering.

These two vitamins work together and studies have shown them to be important for, among other things, bone health. Vitamin K2 complements vitamin D by contributing to the maintenance of normal bones, and helping vitamin D transport into the skeleton/bones.

No unnecessary additives

The product contains only vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol from lichen, vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone-7, and organic olive oil. Nothing else.

The liquid format makes the product easy to use and is a practical alternative for those who prefer to avoid tablets and capsules.
