MaryRuth`s Liposomal Magnesium is a dietary supplement containing magnesium enclosed in liposomes in the form of magnesium bisglycinate.

Liposomal technology

The nutrients are encapsulated in small, fat-based structures known as liposomes. Each dose consists of millions of microscopic bubbles (liposomes) filled with vitamin C and surrounded by protective phospholipids. The liposomal technology is designed to protect and transport the nutrients and promote their availability to the body. The lipids are made from sunflower seeds, not soy.

Liposomal proprietary blend of organic sunflower seed oil and lecithin (phosphatidylcholine), vitamin E, magnesium bisglycinate, alpha-glycerophosphocholine (Alpha-GPC), organic plant-based glycerin (from coconut), organic sprouted ALMOND BUTTER, purified water, organic vanilla extract.

After opening, the bottle should be stored in the refrigerator. Once opened and refrigerated, it has a shelf life of 18 months. If stored in the refrigerator and sealed (unopened), it has a shelf life of 2 years.

Please note: Liposomal products undergo changes in temperature and altitude during transport, which may cause pressure to build up inside the bottle. This can result in “bubbling” when the product is opened. This does not affect the product’s quality. Here are some tips to prevent this from happening:
- Refrigerate the product first.
- Keep the product upright when opening it for the first time.
- Open it slowly from the corner to release the pressure.
