Liposomal technology

The nutrients are encapsulated in small fat-based structures known as liposomes. Liposomal technology is designed to protect and transport the nutrients and promote their availability to the body.

Extra biotin and Lustriva®

Women’s Multivitamin contains vitamins A, D, E and 8 B vitamins, with extra biotin for the hair, as well as Lustriva®, a complex that combines arginine silicate with magnesium biotinate. Magnesium biotinate is magnesium bound to biotin. Biotin helps maintain normal hair, skin and nails.

Added herbs

Liposomal Women's Multivitamin also contains beneficial yam root extract, goji extract, ashwagandha root extract and maca.

With a lovely creamy texture and vanilla and peach flavour, it is easy and enjoyable to take every day. Liquid supplements are a convenient option with simple dosing and are especially appreciated by those who prefer not to swallow capsules. The liquid form also makes it easy to adjust intake according to individual needs.

All Mary Ruth’s products are vegan, gluten-free and free from unnecessary additives. The natural flavours are produced under strict controls without harmful substances such as aspartame, GMOs or glycol, which may otherwise be included.

Vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin 5-phosphate), vitamin B3 (niacinamide), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), biotin (magnesium biotinate), chromium picolinate, Lustriva*, liposomal proprietary blend of organic sunflower seed oil, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylserine, and phosphatidylinositol, wild yam (Dioscorea villosa) extract, goji (Lycium barbarum) extract, ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract, and maca (Lepidium meyenii) root extract, sunflower seeds, organic plant-based glycerin (from coconut), purified water, and organic peach powder and vanilla extract. *Lustriva® is a complex combining arginine silicate with magnesium biotinate. Magnesium biotinate is magnesium bound to biotin.

After opening, the bottle should be stored in the refrigerator. Once opened and refrigerated, it has a shelf life of 18 months. If stored in the refrigerator and sealed (unopened), it has a shelf life of 2 years.

Please note: Liposomal products undergo changes in temperature and altitude during transport, which may cause pressure to build up inside the bottle. This can result in “bubbling” when the product is opened. This does not affect the product’s quality. Here are some tips to prevent this from happening:
- Refrigerate the product first.
- Keep the product upright when opening it for the first time.
- Open it slowly from the corner to release the pressure.
