Mary Ruth's Morning Multivitamin + Hair Growth is a dietary supplement containing essential vitamins with extra biotin for hair and Lustriva®, a complex that combines arginine silicate with magnesium biotinate to promote healthy skin and hair. Magnesium biotinate is magnesium bound to biotin. Biotin helps maintain normal hair, skin, and nails. The product also contains antioxidants, trace minerals, and amino acids.

It has a mango and peach flavor. All Mary Ruth's products are vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and free from unnecessary additives. The natural flavors are produced under strict control without harmful substances such as aspartame, GMOs, or glycol, which might otherwise be included.

Dosage for adults: 2 tablespoons per day. We recommend starting with half a dose to see how your body reacts. You may find that a smaller dose is sufficient because the formula is potent. It can be taken on an empty stomach, with food, or with any liquid such as water or juice.

The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
