MaryRuth's Complete Gut Health is a dietary supplement that combines lactic acid bacteria from 5 different strains with tributyrin, which provides access to butyric acid in the large intestine, along with an organic prebiotic fiber blend.

Butyric acid (butyrate) is a substance created in the intestines of healthy individuals who have both good gut flora and consume plenty of dietary fiber. Tributyrin, which is used in this product, is one of the most bioavailable forms of butyric acid available.

Adult Dosage: 2 capsules daily with or without food.
