MaryRuth's Prenatal & Postnatal Liquid Omega-3

MaryRuth's Omega 3 is a vegan-friendly, liquid supplement made with sustainably grown microalgae that provides Omega 3. These liquid drops primarily contain the form of Omega-3 called DHA, or Docosahexaenoic acid, which is essential for fetal development.

A daily intake of 250 mg DHA helps maintain normal brain function and normal vision. The product has a pleasant orange flavor and is therefore perfect even for picky palates.

All MaryRuth's products are vegan-friendly, gluten-free, sugar-free, and without unnecessary additives. No solvents or chemicals are used in the process.

Dosage during pregnancy and postpartum - while breastfeeding:
Shake well before use. Take up to 60 drops once daily (approx. 2 pumps*) directly in the mouth with a meal.
*1 pump = approx. 2/3 full pipette = approx. 30 drops.

Contraindications: Omega 3 has a mild blood-thinning effect, so if you are taking blood-thinning medication, you should consult with your doctor.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
