Nordbo - Multi Hydration, 100 g

Multi Hydration is an effective fluid replacement for all occasions when increased fluid intake is desirable, such as after exercise, during summer, while traveling, or after a night out. With a natural content of minerals that contribute to the body's electrolyte balance. The product comes in powder form that dissolves easily in water and has a pleasant taste of blueberry and watermelon. The fluid replacement has no added sugar or sweeteners.

It contains:

• Aquamin F extracted from mineral-rich red algae.
• Himalayan salt rich in minerals.
• Watermelon powder containing natural electrolytes.
• Aquamin MgTG extracted from mineral-rich red algae.
• Magnesium bisglycinate, a magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine, a form that is gentle on the stomach.

Dosage: 1-2 scoops per day. Mix the powder with any liquid, avoid hot liquids.
