Multivitamin One MF is a high-quality multivitamin and mineral supplement for daily use; only 1 capsule per day is needed. MF stands for “methyl-free”.
Multivitamin One does not contain methylated forms of B vitamins, which some people are sensitive to.
Folic acid and adenosylcobalamin
Multivitamin One MF contains non-methylated folate in the form of calcium folinate, together with non-methylated B12 in the forms of hydroxocobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. Folic acid contributes to DNA synthesis and cell growth. Adenosylcobalamin supports cellular energy in the mitochondria.
In addition, Multivitamin One MF contains
Other important B vitamins, such as thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, biotin, and pantothenic acid. These important B vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism, while several of them also contribute to the normal function of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin A and lutein
Contains two forms of vitamin A and lutein, nutrients that contribute to the maintenance of normal vision. Vitamin A also contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin D3 and K2
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal muscle function and normal bones. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal blood coagulation.
Chelated minerals (Albion®)
The minerals in the formula are chelated, which means they are bound to amino acids. This form is designed to provide the minerals with good bioavailability.
S-acetyl-glutathione
S-acetyl-glutathione is a stable and advanced form of glutathione. By binding an acetyl group to the glutathione molecule, it is protected against oxidation and degradation, giving the form high stability.
Daily nutrition
Multivitamin One MF is suitable for those who want to supplement their daily diet with important nutrients. It is a good choice for those who want to support energy and vitality or contribute to healthy aging.
The product can also be a convenient supplement when the diet does not always provide the variety of nutrients you desire.

What is the difference between Multivitamin One MF and Multivitamin One?
Seeking Health has created two different multivitamins:
Methyl-free (MF) multivitamin with B-12 in the forms hydroxocobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, and folate in the form calcium folinate.
Multivitamin with the methylated form of folate, (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate and calcium folinate, as well as B-12 in the methylated form methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.
Which one you should choose depends on whether
-you are sensitive to methylated nutrients such as methylfolate and methylcobalamin. If this is the case, you should choose this variety, called Multivitamin One MF (methyl-free).
-you tolerate methylated nutrients well (or perhaps you have never tried them) and want to start with the most active forms of folate and B12. If this is the case, you should choose Multivitamin One with methylated forms.
- you have MTHFR or other genetic variants that may affect your ability to absorb common forms of folate and B12. If this is the case, you should choose Multivitamin One with methylated forms.
