Glutathione consists of the amino acids glycine, cysteine, and glutamic acid, which the body can produce naturally. It contains a peptide bond between the amino group of cysteine and the carboxyl group.

Glutathione as a dietary supplement can be difficult for the body to absorb, and specific forms are required for it to effectively reach the cells. Therefore, this liposomal form of reduced glutathione is suitable for maintaining blood levels.

Adult dosage: 1-2 tsp (5-10 ml), preferably on an empty stomach. The product has a mango flavor.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
