NAD+ is essential for health and longevity as it promotes brain health and cellular renewal. Nicotinic acid amide, called nicotinamide, is one of the building blocks of the energy-carrying molecule nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+).

The main difference between NAD+ and NR is that NAD+ is the active form of the molecule, while NR is the precursor that converts to NAD+ in the body. Some studies have shown that supplementation with NR can increase NAD+ levels in the body.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule with or without food.
