Wild Oregano Oil, 30 ml

Oregano oil is derived from wild oregano growing in the mountains around the Mediterranean. It has a strong, characteristic oregano scent. The most important active ingredient is carvacrol, and this wild oregano contains up to 80% carvacrol. The oregano oil is mixed with olive oil in a 2:1 ratio for optimal use.

Adult dosage: 2-5 drops per day, taken in capsules or diluted in water or other oil. NOTE: very strong, should not be taken undiluted. Since the oil is highly concentrated, it is recommended to take it diluted, either in cooking oil, empty capsules, water, on a teaspoon with honey, on salads or in food.

Recommended use is for shorter periods, such as two to three weeks, followed by a break. Note: Not for pregnant and nursing women or children.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
