Brain & Memory combines Magtein®, magnesium bisglycinate, and the plant extract Ebel.One™. The product is developed to support memory, concentration, and normal psychological function. Especially suitable for older adults, during studies, for professions with high mental demands, and during periods of fatigue and stress.
* Magtein® is a patented form of magnesium L-threonate, where magnesium is bound to the amino acid L-threonic acid with a unique chemical structure.
* Magnesium bisglycinate has high bioavailability and is gentle on the stomach.
* Ebel.One™ is an extract of bacopa (small thickleaf). The plant contains bacosides, active compounds, and helps maintain normal concentration and memory function.
Dosage for adults: 3 capsules per day. Take in the morning, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. If swallowing is difficult, the capsule can be opened and the contents sprinkled into any liquid (avoid heat to preserve nutrients). Consult a doctor during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Recommended from 18 years of age.
