Nordbo - Iron & Vitamin C, 90 capsules

Iron & Vitamin C is a vegan iron supplement with 20 mg iron bisglycinate and 100 mg acid-neutral vitamin C in each capsule.

• Iron bisglycinate has high bioavailability and is gentle on the stomach, thanks to the iron being bound to the amino acid glycine.
• Iron contributes to reduced fatigue and exhaustion as well as the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin.
• Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule per day with a meal.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
