Nordbo - L-Carnitine Synergy, 90 capsules

Nordbos L-Carnitine Synergy is a synergistic complex that combines two forms of L-carnitine (Acetyl-L-carnitine and L-carnitine L-tartrate), combined with choline, coenzyme Q10, vitamins B1, B6, and B12, as well as the patented plant extract Astragin®.

• L-carnitine is an amino acid-like compound naturally found in the body and in certain foods. Acetyl-L-carnitine is a fat-soluble form commonly used when both body and mind are the focus. L-carnitine L-tartrate is a form especially favored by athletes.
• Choline supports healthy liver function and normal fat metabolism in the liver.
• Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like substance naturally found in mitochondria, the powerhouses of the cells.
• Astragin® is a patented extract of astragalus and notoginseng, developed to be combined with amino acids.
• Vitamins B1, B6, and B12 contribute to maintaining normal energy metabolism and the normal function of the nervous system.

Dosage for adults: 1-2 capsules per day. Ideally taken between meals. For sensitive stomachs, take capsules with a meal. For exercise, take 30-60 minutes before the session.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
