Nordbos L-Glutamine Synergy is a synergistic complex that combines L-glutamine, magnesium bisglycinate, Le Guerandais sea salt, vitamin B6, and the patented plant extract Astragin®.

• L-Glutamine is the most common amino acid in the body and is naturally found in muscle tissue and blood.
• Magnesium bisglycinate, where magnesium is bound to glycine, has high bioavailability and is gentle on the stomach. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, electrolyte balance, psychological function, and reduces tiredness and fatigue.
• Le Guerandais® sea salt from Brittany is an unrefined sea salt that contains natural minerals and trace elements.
• Vitamin B6 supports energy metabolism, hormone regulation, and reduces tiredness and fatigue.
• Astragin® is a patented extract of astragalus and notoginseng, developed to be combined with amino acids.

Dosage for adults: 1-2 capsules per day. Best taken between meals. For sensitive stomachs, take capsules with a meal. After training, it is recommended to take them post-workout.
