Pure Magnesium contains only magnesium bisglycinate. A form of magnesium that has high bioavailability and is gentle on the stomach. Each capsule provides 150 mg of elemental magnesium.
- Magnesium contributes, among other things, to maintaining normal muscle function and to reducing fatigue and exhaustion.
Dosage adults: 1-2 capsules per day. Preferably taken in the evening or after physical activity. Can be taken with or without food.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
Storage: Dry, dark and cool.
