Organic Chamomile, 50 g

Chamomile has a calming aroma and is therefore appreciated as a herbal tea. As chamomile has a distinct, slightly bitter taste, it blends excellently with other herbs such as peppermint or lemon balm to enhance the flavor.

Usage: Herbal tea: 1 teaspoon per cup, let steep for about 10 min. If you are allergic to plants in the daisy family, you should not use chamomile.
