Pureness Optimal Vegan Protein is a high-quality 80% plant-based protein made by combining whole grain rice protein and pea protein. Rice protein is by itself an excellent, well-absorbed plant protein with an almost perfect amino acid profile. However, this protein source has low levels of the essential amino acid lysine. Lysine, on the other hand, is abundant in legumes such as peas. Combining these two protein sources creates a well-balanced amino acid composition that serves as an excellent alternative to protein powders from animal sources.

Pureness Optimal Vegan Protein is a suitable plant-based protein powder for athletes and fitness enthusiasts, as it is rich in essential amino acids (EAA) and branched-chain amino acids (BCAA).
