Pureness - Omega-3 Fish Oil, 70 capsules

Golden Omega® oil is produced using a patented manufacturing method that ensures the highest possible quality. The raw material comes from small, fatty fish caught responsibly in the southern Pacific Ocean. Thanks to an advanced purification process, an extra pure oil with very low levels of unwanted substances is obtained. By using smaller fish, the risk of accumulation of environmental toxins is also minimized.

The oil occurs in its natural triglyceride form. Omega-3 supplements mainly come in two forms: triglycerides and ethyl esters. Pureness uses the triglyceride form, the same form that omega-3 fatty acids naturally have in fish. This form is more stable and less sensitive to oxidation. The fish oil provides a high concentration of the important fatty acids EPA and DHA.

Two capsules provide a total of 1050 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which 540 mg is EPA and 360 mg is DHA. The generous amount makes it easy to achieve the daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA required to support normal heart function. According to the EU-approved health claims, DHA contributes to maintaining normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA together contribute to maintaining normal heart function.

Dosage for adults: 2 capsules per day with food.

The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
