Pureness Smart Multi is a multivitamin that provides an excellent foundation for an adult's daily vitamin needs.
The product combines the most important vitamins and minerals such as vitamins C, D and E, all eight B vitamins, including B2, B6, B9 and B12 in their active forms, as well as iodine, zinc, manganese and molybdenum. It is also supplemented with Q10, lutein and zeaxanthin.
Smart Multi does not contain iron and selenium.
Adult dosage: 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
