High-quality vitamins

Smart Multi is developed without unnecessary additives and no low-quality ingredients. The base consists of generous amounts of high-quality vitamins such as C, D, and E, along with important minerals and trace elements like iodine, zinc, manganese, and molybdenum.

All eight B vitamins

The product contains all eight B vitamins. B2, B6, B9, and B12 are present in their active forms for optimal absorption and bioavailability. The formula has also been enriched with unique ingredients such as Q10, lutein, and zeaxanthin for even broader nutritional support.

Smart Multi does not contain iron and selenium, so these can be added separately if needed. It is always good to check your iron levels before starting iron supplements, as both too low and too high iron levels can negatively affect health. A blood test can show if the body actually needs extra iron.

Dosage
