Ashwagandha, often called "Indian ginseng", is a traditionally valued herb in Ayurvedic health teachings. Rawpowders ashwagandha powder is made from the dried root of Withania somnifera and is both organic and free from additives.
Adult dosage: ½ tsp 1-2 times daily. Mix with water, yogurt or in smoothies. Not for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
