It is organic, natural, and free from additives. The bee pollen has a sweet taste, a fresh aroma, and a beautiful golden-yellow color.
Take 1-2 teaspoons daily. Mix with yogurt, smoothies, or muesli. Can also be sprinkled over suitable food or used as decoration on pastries. Start with ¼ teaspoon and gradually increase over 2 weeks.
