Matcha is a green tea from Japan. It has a full-bodied flavor, where a slight sweetness is balanced by a mild bitterness. Unlike other types of tea, green tea is not oxidized, which preserves the character and taste of the tea leaves to a higher degree.
Consume 1-2 teaspoons daily. Mix in hot water (for tea), in juice, smoothies, ice cream or baked goods.
