Vitamin K2 is a co-factor for normal blood coagulation and for the formation of osteocalcin in bone tissue, which helps maintain normal bone density.
Thorne's liquid Vitamin K2 is dissolved in a medium-chain triglyceride oil, with the raw material being pure coconut oil. It is preserved with mixed tocopherols (Vitamin E).
Dosage for adults: 15 drops once daily with food.
The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
Contraindications: Vitamin K helps blood clotting, which means that people taking blood-thinning medication should not take Vitamin K2.
