Vitamin K is a synergistic blend of the two studied forms of vitamin K1 and vitamin K2, i.e., as MK-4 and MK-7 in the form of MenaQ7®.

Vitamin K is an important complement to vitamin D and calcium. Vitamin K works well with vitamin D. The result is that both vitamin K and magnesium will help transport calcium to and retain it in bone tissue instead of accumulating in blood vessels and other soft tissues where calcium can do more harm than good.

Dosage for adults: 1 capsule 1-2 times per day. Not for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
