Upgrit organic ghee is a clarified butter made from organic cow's milk. It is a pure and flavorful form of butter, perfect for baking and cooking. Ghee gives a caramelized, lightly roasted and nutty flavor to your favorite dishes.
Ghee tolerates high temperatures and is super stable for frying, up to 250 °C, without burning or losing nutritional quality. Use Ghee instead of traditional butter and oil in cooking and baking. Can also be stirred into rice or other food or in coffee.
