Upgrits zinc is in the form of zinc bisglycinate which is an easily absorbed form. Zinc is an important mineral in several ways and participates in several different processes in the body. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to maintaining normal bones, among other things.
Adult dosage: 1 capsule per day.
