Vitamin D is the only known nutrient that we can obtain both from sunlight and diet. In Sweden, the sun is only strong enough at midday during the summer. During the winter months, we cannot produce any vitamin D at all, so we may need extra supplementation.

Plant-based D3

Unlike many D3 supplements derived from lanolin (sheep wool), Vimergy's Vegan D3 comes from lichen. The vitamin D is then mixed in MCT oil.

The spray form makes it easy to adjust the dose according to your own needs and is a good alternative for those who do not want to take capsules or tablets. Since vitamin D is fat-soluble, it is beneficial to take it with food containing fat for optimal absorption.
